Interviewing of Candidates
We utilize a multi-stage interviewing and assessment process comprising of a series of proven competency and behavioral tests and interviews based on the established job requirements.
Candidate Selection and Checks
Upon completion of all tests and interviews, we present a list of top candidates to our clients. We assist our clients conduct reference checks on the selected candidates.
Negotiation and Contracting
We assist our clients prepare offer letters to the selected candidates as well as negotiate and finalize the recruitment process.
